AROMATICS

CO2 extracts are carriers of intense flavor and aroma, fully conveying the taste and scent of natural ingredients. These extracts are the purest compounds, free from any foreign impurities—no solvent residues, no preservatives.

SUGAR CONTENT

Compared to other producers, our syrups have a reduced sugar content (about 10-15%), offering a pleasant natural taste without any cloying sweetness. During the preparation process, inverted sugar syrup is converted into fructose and glucose—components that differ from simple sugar. These components are responsible for the velvety texture and enhanced sweetness of our syrups.

GUM ARABIC

Gum arabic (acacia resin) gives our syrups a smooth, dense, and uniform consistency; it stabilizes the foam in coffee and cocktails, and ensures a resilient crust when glazing.
